3. INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN AND MINORS

The 2027 BLA USA Boot Camp serves participants ages 9-19.

For participants under age 18, BLA generally expects:

  • Registration to be completed by an authorized parent or legal guardian
  • Medical information to be provided or confirmed by a parent or guardian
  • Required parental consents to be completed by an authorized parent or guardian
  • Legally required authorizations to be signed by the appropriate adult

Children under 18 should not independently submit legally required parent or guardian authorizations.

For participants under age 13, BLA's registration system is intended to collect registration and camp information through an authorized parent or legal guardian rather than directly from the child. BLA may use age and account controls designed to prevent or flag unauthorized child submissions. BLA will handle information involving children in accordance with applicable law.

For participants who are age 18 or 19, certain forms, consents, authorizations, and signatures may be completed directly by the adult participant.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and for confirming that they have authority to register a minor.

4. MEDICAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
