Coach Ebuka & Coach Ruth Ede — BLA USA Boot Camp

Coach Ebuka Ede is the founder of the Save the Boys Initiative and convener of Boys Leadership Academy (BLA) — a faith-based mentorship and leadership program for boys ages 5 to 19.
Alongside his wife, Coach Ruth Ede, he has spent years equipping boys with the character, structure, and skills to grow into healthy, responsible manhood, through a curriculum covering everything from emotional intelligence and spiritual formation to life skills and academic excellence.

Together, the Edes have mentored boys across Nigeria, the UK, USA, and Canada, run the annual International Boys Conference, and authored a series of books for boys and their parents on topics like anger management, purity, body safety, and emotional intelligence.

BLA's USA Boot Camp first launched in June 2025 at Bethel Revival Ranch and Retreat Center in Pattison, Texas, and returned in July 2026 at Pearlstone Retreat Center & Immersive Experiences in Reisterstown, Maryland.
Kings Mentoring Academy — the year-round, every-Saturday mentorship program that's the gateway to Boot Camp — continues to grow every year.
